Whether you come as a couple or as a group, you will have areas for relaxation at your disposal, immersed in the greenery which surrounds the house, such as the pool area. During the summer period, breakfast can be served outdoors, amongst the flowers of the garden.

As members of the Martini family, we look after it with passion, and are happy to share the beauty of the region with our guests, as well as the tranquillity and the spectacular panoramic view of the towers of San Gimignano. .

For convivial moments, one can use both the external areas, with an equipped terrace and barbecue, as well as the internal ones, which include a spacious living room heated by the fireplace, where one can find comfortable sofas and satellite TV. A lovely glass-enclosed veranda is intended as a dining room and the kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher. A reserved parking is available for cars.

Only 500 m away, there is a beautiful riding school, where one can enjoy some splendid horse riding.
